The "Agents Instruction Form" directs the lab on exact handling of new clients & new tests. Whether a single test or a multi-test program:

  • You fill this form and supply it to X-zam Labs (preferably by email to The order form should be filled out digitally using a PDF application. Note: If sample will be sent directly from your client, submit this ahead.
  • We'll key this information into our system and handle the rest, sending test kits to client according to schedule. Note: the kits are serial numbered and paired to specific customers. DO NOT mix them.
  • For tests where you are using a kit from your stock, be sure to enter the kit serial number onto the form. Supply the form to X-zam Labs before kits get dispatched to client. Note: Please refrain from using stock kits towards existing programs. Use only designated kits.
As in the past, a "Sample Kit Instruction Form" will be included in each test kit. Simply, after collecting the air/gas sample, the client (or you):

  • Provides ONLY their name, your name, and the test pressure/duration. Note: This form & kit are paired by the kit serial number. DO NOT mix them.
  • The client then returns the form to X-zam Labs along with the air/gas sample.
  • When the sample arrives, we'll match up the sample kit serial number to your instruction form... and follow your instructions. Note: Naturally there are some kits already in yours and the customers' possession. These have the old kit instruction form and these forms will be accepted.

The three (3) major contaminants in compressed air are solid particles, water and oil; these are categorized by compressed air purity classes.
These compressed air purity classes group the concentrations of each of the above contaminants into ranges, each range being given its own purity class index.
